I have lived here a long time, but have taken some wonderful adventures over my 17 years of living in Aspen, I taught school in New Zealand, Bali and the Cook Islands. Recently, I decided to put together some of my favorite Recipes' that I have used or wanted to try in a book to share with everyone.
I found Alan, the great guy from across the country in Connecticut, who helped put together this ebook over the Internet, which has captured my attention and numerous hours for over 2 years now (the Internet *NOT* Alan)! I hope you enjoy the book as much as we have enjoyed working on it:)
