bent wood circles reference ton’s chair morphology

It has been in the marketplace for over 160 years and its morphology proves that Ton is a grasp of the bending approach. That’s why the bent wood circles are the central aspect of my design. I considered Ode to Chair 14 as a sculpture. No new mildew needed to be created to make this chair-object, as I deliberately created it from elements and molds already in Ton’s manufacturing. On this method, the previous and the current, the heritage and the brand new concept, got here collectively,’ shares the designer.
