StudioKnob’s dynamic window show frames footwear as artwork items

 

StudioKnob’s design for Shoofra’s window show makes use of the interplay of sunshine and shadow to create a chilled, tranquil ambiance. This dynamic association frames the footwear as artwork items, floating in illuminated glowy swimming pools and enhancing their visible attraction.

 

The design explores the affect of sunshine on notion, emphasizing its capability to disclose intricate particulars and affect emotion. By centering the theme on gentle and shadow, the show goals to evoke a way of fluidity and quietness. Spanning eight meters huge and 4 meters excessive with a depth of 70 cm, the design is minimalist but impactful.

Shoofra’s window show is split into three brightly lit zones

 

StudioKnob‘s window show is split into three horizontal zones. The Higher Zone is brightly lit, creating vibrant reflections and drawing consideration to the area. The Decrease Zone units up a Mylar sheet which introduces distinction, separating gentle from shadow and that includes two legendary creatures for a component of fantasy. Lastly, the Show Zone options six internally illuminated cylinders, offering a view inside. Heat lighting contrasts with cooler overhead lights, whereas Mylar edges improve the impact, giving the looks of footwear floating in gentle. The cylinders assist the Mylar sheets, draping them in pure curves harking back to Gaudí’s architectural model.

 

Mirror circles affixed to the glass create reflections and incorporate the exterior surroundings into the composition. Above every gentle pool, strains from Rachel Halfi’s poem ‘There’s a time when every thing sits inside the sunshine’ add depth and have interaction viewers on a contemplative stage.
